Director of Data & Evaluation

Miriam Ignatoff is Director of Data + Evaluation at MƒA. In this role, she oversees information technology with a focus on database and website management.

Miriam was most recently the senior manager of technology strategy and communications at the National Council of Jewish Women, where she managed the organization’s website, digital communications, and online fundraising campaigns as well as spearheaded the restructuring and integration of the organization’s constituent relationship management system. She previously focused on program development and web management as a volunteer organizer at a New York based immigrant rights organization and as a program director for student engagement at Oberlin College.

Miriam earned her M.A. from Hebrew College and B.A. in East Asian Studies, with minors in Physics, Psychology, and Jewish Studies from Oberlin College. Miriam also attended the visiting students program at Beijing University and has studied eight human languages and five computing languages. She has an interest in local foods and spent several years as an organizer of her local CSA. A New York native, Miriam lives in Brooklyn with her partner and two children and enjoys scuba diving, yoga, and reading.
